Time Goes By, 1993

I wanted to paint the whole life of a bamboo grove on one canvas. This painting relates the growth of humans to the appearance of bamboo shoots growing to maturity. I would like you to enjoy the subtle changes in the color of the bamboo, but unfortunately the actual color cannot be perfectly reproduced on a website.
